Galaxy watch band

I recently bought a galaxy watch 46mm and I need to know if a 42mm watchband will fit. I have access to free 42mm watch bands and would prefer not to buy another.

Assuming these things are set up like regular watches What matters with watches is the spring bar that holds the watch to the band.  If you’ve got a correctly sized spring bar you should be able to put any band you want to on a watch.  It might look weird and slide around of course.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
