Q: SRT Raid 0

Hi there
I was wondering if it would be possible to pratition primary m.2 nvme drive (250gb) into 100+150gb partitions, then install windows on 100gb partition and the 150gb partition to intel SRT Raid0 with secondary 3tb HDD for caching like optane memory

Raid 0 doesn't work like that... 

You need the same kind of drives generally. And with caching you need a dedicated drive. The underlying drivers and controllers cannot differienciate between partitions and drives. Your best bet is setup a separate drive for caching. Also, don't use RAID 0 between different drive types. You will... really be causing a lot of trouble.
