Yeah, you're not gonna be getting an affordable PSU in that form factor, at least not one that's better than the one you've got. 

 

Assuming you're working with an old prebuilt office PC, you've probably got a quad core i5 with that 1050 ti. You're looking at a total system power consumption of like 170 watts at most. I doubt you'd have trouble using that 240w PSU.

The psu can do 12v at 17A ... or 204 watts. It can do around 50w (don't see the exact number on label) on 5v and 3.3v but in total, all voltages combined, the maximum output is 240 watts.

 

As the video card requires no additional pci-e power connectors, it will use less than 75 watts.

The CPU and everything else for sure won't use more than 125w that you have left in your 12v power supply budget, so you should be fine.

 

If you want something more powerful, you would basically have to change the case AND the power supply and move everything in a new case... provided the motherboard is mATX or ATX or a similar format (where the io shield is in the same location as mATX or ATX cases)
