Expanding partition Volume

I want to extend the C drive partition with the unalocated parition. Whats the best way to do it?  I see you cant expand with a primary in the way.

One of the quickest ways would be to download Rufus, then Ubuntu, make a bootable USB-stick with Rufus from that Ubuntu-image you downloaded and boot off of it. Then, under Ubuntu, use Gparted to simply move the 3D Assets - partition to the end of the drive and then extend the size of the C - drive.

Or that, yes. I'm not so familiar with Windows - tools for such as I'm too used to using Linux for any lower-level things.
