1. What motherboard are you using?

2. Are there ant POST codes/LEDs on the board?

3. Are you plugged into the videocard?

4. Have you tried another monitor?

5. Have you tried letting it sit for a couple minutes?

6. Have you looked up what the post codes/beeps mean on this board?

If you're using 2 dimms of ram try it with 1 first, in slot 1, then try the other one.

Nothing?

Then it's an Asus, I assume? No video-card detected, check cables, reseat card.

A pcpartpicker list helps a ton

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

The speaker sound is a “beep code”. It is telling you the machine is having a problem and trying to tell you where the problem is.  The manual for your motherboard should tell you what that beep code means.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
