I would go for a different board - better suited for a Ryzen 7 - and a better PSU, but otherwise looks good.

But it does depend on what you do on this PC. For example if this is more of a gaming tower, it could be worth it to spend less on the CPU and more on the videocard, like this:

You could also think about getting a separate cooler with this system. The stock cooler on Ryzen is fine, but not that quiet. Two more case fans would work good too, something cheap and simple like two Arctic F12 fans for example.

I dont understand ? why  is my psu bad?  ty tho :)

Edit: I have one more question, would it be a good idea to do a midweek madness sale and get a psu from there.

What do you mean by same type of psu? The psu you picked isn't bad, there are just better ones for the same price. There is a psu tier list in my signature if you want to take a look.

I mean bboth 80 plus gold 550 w. Also im planning on adding a rgb strip any ones you recommend. Perferably not super expensive. I switched the mbo to the one you reccomended and put the fans so ty

The MWE Gold your chose certainly is not bad, but the RMX is more the sort of PSU I would recommend with a system like this one.

EVGA PSU?

An EVGA PS, G2, P2, or T2 would have a similar quality to the RMX. If you can get those for a  good price, it could be worth it.
