it's always difficult to recommend storage. I for example, don't need 2tb nvme, 2tb sata and 5tb hdd. and every persons needs are different. if they don't state what they need, I usually recommend (depending on budget) 1tb ssd and 2tb hdd.

rtx titan have more cuda core + tensore core than 2080ti +unlocked(can push the limit)

you get more fps when rtx on (gaming rtx mode).

don't wasting money if have budget for that one.

For double the price ? Yes it's a waste :

You are wasting money if you cant take advantage of what the titan actually offers.

Instead of going with a RTX Titan, i would recommend running RTX 2080 TI in SLI mode. Its gonna outperform the titan in gaming. But you would need atleast 1000w gold or platinum powersupply.

But the RTX titan is just a waste of money.

But you could also Run with 1 RTX 2080 TI and i can promise you. It will get the jobb then 100%. and save that money and putting it into a better cpu for example a "Threadripper 3960X for example.

its a mid to low end at best, I'd wouldn't put in in a 4k build.

My point was just you went oddly low and slow for drives at a 4k price. at this price point I'd go 2-3tb of SSD space

firstly, it's one of the fastest ssd's.

secondly, I was trying to make the point that spending 4k on a build is a bit overkill unless you have a particular application. 90% of the people don't need more than 1tb ssd, 2tb hdd. most people won't even notice the difference between a sata and a nvme ssd in terms of speed. so i don't think anyone would notice the sp a80 has 90% of the performance of a 970 evo plus or whatever.

sure, i can make builds with corsair mp600 4.0 drives, but what's the point? no one needs it.

I'm looking at reviews it isn't.

I'm agreeing that 4k is overkill but if they want to spend that much give them nice stuff.

I've got a smaller sized game collection of about 100-125 games and it is easily coming up on 3TB. to me the higher end drives aren't about slightly better performance, it is long term support and reliability.

I wouldn't put in any of the new gen 4 drives. there are use cases but he hasn't listed any
