GTX 1070 Quick Silver 8G OC or GTX 1660?

Hello guys, i bought a brand new **MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Quick Silver 8G OC **for the price of a new GTX 1660 in my country or a bit cheaper, is it a good deal? i have a 1080p monitor and it's more than enough for me

1070 is more powerful, but you miss out on some of the driver benefits. That said the power balances out the software benefits, so old stuff is 1070 suited, new stuff is a slight advantage you wouldn't notice the difference to. For new you did get a exception deal.

the price was about 247 $
