help i keep getting bios code 0d and my pc wont boot unless i shut it off like 6 times and it might boot or it might not!

And what does this 0d code indicate, according to the manual of your motherboard?

Have you tried booting with minimal components installed, like a single stick of RAM and such?

A lot of motherboard 0d codes are "reserved for future" however that code (usually D0 instead) it's impossible to be 100% certain without testing with a different CPU; however CPUs failures are rather uncommon compared to motherboards.

Was it working at all since the build?

If so might need to check the motherboard.

it was working just fine untill i went to water cool my gpu and after that ive been having these problems. what do you mean check the motherboard?

Reset the CMOS (on the mobo back panel), my friend Crosshair VI Hero does that whenever the system crash with RAM OC'ed to 3200MHz. Resetting the CMOS always fixes the issue. In your case, the CMOS settings might be incorrectly configured from the factory or corrupted, resetting it to default state might help.

Also is it a red or a orange led associated with 0d? 0d could mean both dram error and cpu error on the c6h depend on the led color, not sure which is was off the top of my head though.

Have you tried different RAM?

EDIT: boot up, let it do what it do, when you get the 0d code hit the reset to bios button and immediately press and hold the red start button on motherboard when Qcodes light up release the red start button it will boot to bios.

its a orange and green light. orange is DRAM and green is BOOT. and also reset the cmos on the mobo it self and that did nothing also i have the default settings on my mobo already from a previous cmos clear

You have latest bios update?

Well guess you have to run 3rd gen haha.

I really would say try different RAM, or other CPU (if you still have one) still same issue then only thing would be the board itself. Which you could call ASUS I suppose.

Also cause I'm at a lose now. Weirdest thing I ever heard and none of these solutions work. Sorry.

also i get a f1 code saying your system may not be fully stable

Best thing is try everything I mentioned. I'm looking up things and things I know I'm just writing. F1 I never heard or seen. If all the hardware changes and checking doens't work I'd say RMA the board.

For the ram you can run memtest86 for just in case faulty ram.

ya i just ran a memtest and it came back fine said there was no errors. and for whatever reason i cmos and just set the ram speed to 3200 like it always is and now its working just fine. even tho i have done this reset 5 times now super weird.

Well at least it's working...for now. Haha. Hopefully it continues. If that ram works and boots normally maybe keep that in.
