If you want, you can save with a less expensive motherboard, and get yourself some better storage. While the speed improvement is unimportant, it's not a DRAMless SSD which has some benefits. I also went with the 1660 super instead of the TI because it's almost the same performance for less cost, and I also picked a better power supply. If you wanted a power supply with more connectors for future upgrades, this would be a good call:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
