Is 144HZ worth without Freesync/Gsync?

Hi. Im looking for a new monitor, preferably 1440p. But it wouldve been good to also have 144hz since im playing some action games. Problem is my not very big budget and living in Russia ? I have this one on my sight, it seems like very cool panel with all functions i need - Samsung C27JG50QQI. But it does not supports freesync nor gsync, and i dont really have any experience with that expensive panels ( I have BenqGl2460 right now ), so here's question - is 144hz worth it to use with vsync only? or it will stutter hard or something?

Vsync does not replace adaptive sync (i.e. freesync and gsync) as it only works when frame rate goes beyond refresh rate and hits input lag performance

Is your GPU powerful enough to regularly do 1440p 144fps? Is it is, then adaptive sync is a useless feature to you.

Yes it could do more in Poe ( that one action game I play ) and im pretty sure Doom too. But with fps drops it will stutter without freesync/gsync, no?

Can you feel any stutter if you get say 55fps with your 60Hz monitor?

No, but 144 is like 2+ times bigger number and that will certainly not be easy to stay here every time, im sure. huge drops are guaranteed in poe, idk about other games

It is, though there many Freesync monitors for cheap nowdays anyway.

then just reduce your refresh rate to something regularly achieveable when you play different games if you find it stuttery. Tbh screen tearing isnt even the same as stutter, even though many describe it as so.
