What graphics card should I use for a 500w psu?

I’m want to make sure i get the right graphics card before spending my money

I’d say maybe something like a GT 710 or similar (assuming your not rich)

There's a ton of data missing here that would be needed to even begin to be able to answer this one.

 

-It this a white box system or a prebuilt?

-What CPU do you got?

-What kind of money can be spent, and on what nation will it be spent? (Important because pricing and availability changes by nation)

Assuming a white box system:

IMHO PSUs are cheap compared to graphics cards. Good PSUs are cheap compared to cheap graphics cards.  Worry about the graphics card first then the PSU

 

Assuming a prebuilt system: 

what amount of power and what cabling is on the PSU is critical.  For no cabling at all the most that can be put into a machine is a 1650.  If there is graphics card power cabling that can change, but the system power draw is still needed.
