Which one would be better? A Nvida 2070 super or a Gigabyte 2070 super for gaming?

The founders card will usually run a little warmer. Just do some research and look up reviews, since they have actually tested the cards.

If it's the triple fan gigabyte 2070 super I would go with that. They all will perform around the same, Gigabyte will just have a factory OC and run quieter.

NVIDIA is more trusted for performance, GIGABYTE is fine yet, there is a slight increase in performance with the NVDIA making it perfect for high performance games (if gaming is what this is for, even good for not gaming).
