Haven't been able to find anything online, as I need it to be either a Mini ITX or ATX board
Also, I'm looking for a motherboard which is designed for servers.

"server boards" arent generally ATX, and almost certainly are they rarely itx unless you're looking at something like ASRock's Rack range. 

 

But as its a E5 v4 chip, you're looking for something that is a LGA2011-v3 motherboard.
