The best way to give you tips for a PC build is first knowing some more context.

 

Mainly: exact purpose, budget and what you had in mind yourself.

In general for recording and editing videos, more cores, 16GB of RAM, fast SSD and a good videocard is preferred, but those are some general pointers.

i am using a old hp compactq pc im taking apart then filming me putting it back together it just has a cheap gpu like a amd rx 770 and 8 gb of ddr3 and a hard drive as a storage it used to be my workstation till the power supply died
