Sapphire rx 590 nitro+ owners only please, fan noise question.

I have the same card and can confirm this wave-y fan noise. its audible from 900rpm onwards. Its new so didn't think of cleaning the fans and they both hit 3100+ rpm with trixx fan health test.

Simple question with a link to an example below. Is this pulsating fan noise normal for these cards? The pulsating makes it by far the loudest graphics cards i have even owned and i have owned an msi r9 290.

Thank you for the response. This is pretty dreadful news, i guess ill have to mod it at somepoint with custom fans.
