Computer Website Time-Out

Over the last couple of days I have noticed my computer’s website time dramatically increasing. I have checked for malware. Avast says I’m good. I have checked my network setup. I have reset the router. But I keep getting the “www.website.com is unavailable because the server stopped responding” more often then not. Any ideas of how to fix it? I have restarted my computer. I have tried Almost everything. I have my website on Wix an that is what it mostly does it on. I don’t know if it’s Wix’s problem or mine. 

Things I do:

Upgrade Computers

Build Computers

Disassemble Computers

 

My System:

MSI GS65 Stealth

CPU - Intel Core i7-8750H

Memory - 16GB DDR4

Graphics Card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

Storage - 512 GB SSD

Operating System - Windows 10 Home

Headset - Turtle Beach Stealth 420X+

If you get it from single site or domain, it's server side. If you get it from multiple domains, it can be your connection, router or ISP.
