AMD drivers take up a lot of CPU usage

Ive noticed that in Task manager, the AMD Radeon driver is taking anywhere from 5-8% gpu usage 

This has only been happening with the new 2020 drivers and is annoying me a lot

I just tried clean installing and I still get the 5-8% usage no matter what

Is it active and doing performance monitoring or something? Mine is only giving 0.8-1.6% usage at most... What are your system specs?
