Amplier Board Problem 2.1 Channel (Click and Read my problem)

Hello Guys, Recently i bought this at local store. 

Audio Amplier 2.1 Channel. 

i had coneced 12v powe supply, Connected 2 Speakers and 1 Bass, 

then i connected Aux to my Phone.  and there is no sound 

no sound 

no sound 

no sound 
 

 

 

tried to changing speakers, 

but no  sound 

please do  suggest, 


its a local store they dont take return the product. 


and i need 2.1 channel amplier board suggestions.

Can you take a picture of the board, how you have it wired up?

i had put the connections that are written in that board. 

12 volte power supply, 

and i had Connected bass Speaker, Left Speaker and Right Speaker    ( 4 oms 10 watts speaker)

then i had connect Aux to my phone, Computer, 

but there is no sound.
