Country, budget ?

- You don't need R9 3900X for gaming and Photoshop, neither do you need a motherboard this expensive even for R9 3900X

- Neither do you 32GB of RAM if it's merely 'some Photoshop work'

- RTX2080 for 1.1k USD ?

- If you wouldn't run 3K RPM at 3K RPM you don't need 3K RPM fans, get smth that would be quieter at RPMs you'll be running them at

Hello,

Something similar but better priced (since gaming and photoshop won't be really better with a 3900x compared to the 3700x) :

Alright so here’s the deal...

GPU is overpriced

2 NVME SSD? Just get one 500gb nvme ssd and 1tb or 2tb ssd (would save money). The current WD nvme is overpriced, get something cheaper.

The ram is really slow. 3000mhz for R9 3900x?

52$ for two fans? You can get 4 pretty good fans for the same price.

Hold on my friend, I’ll post a build soon

I would change quite a few things, some of your parts selected are excessive:

Get a case with good airflow, the Fractal Design Meshify C TG is one of the best options on the market with regards to that, and it is one of the best cases with regards to cable management.
