last time i checked r9 290x was hovering around 700ish and r9 290 was 600ish

During the beginning, 290 was around 400 and 290X was at like 500

Lol funny thing is thats the normal pricing for r9 290 in Australia unless your meaning aftermarket ones. For once aus wins :)

Yeah it has dropped. I got my 290 for $500AUD where on amazon was asking $615USD for the same card

It's not even worth it unless your a miner. 780 is a better deal at this price point.

Only reason they aren't as overpriced in AUS is because our power costs so much, so no one bothers mining here.
