Hi, so i can't get my pc to post it was working a day or so ago after just having built it All working perfectly

It then stopped booting and the CPU light on the motherboard is lit up. There is no display the fans spin but nothing else, since then I've reset the CMOS, changed almost every single part of the pc and still nothing. I'm stuck and abit confused. This is far from the first time I've built a pc and I'm absolutely stumped.

The CPU was a Ryzen 7 1700 I have since bought a 2700 to replace it as I thought it was the CPU

Motherboard was an asrock one now and MSI b450 Pro vdh

And a vega 64 which ive tried switching for a old nvidia quadro

No need to make multiple posts about the same topic. The mods will just merge them anyway. Have you tried different Ram? If you've changed CPU, Mobo, GPU and still have the same issue it's more than likely going to be the Ram, try testing the Ram modules individually.

If the CPU debug LED is lighting up then try remounting the CPU in the socket. Sometimes it just needs a little wiggle.

It's like you have enough parts to build 2 computers, and none of them works... Maybe you just need to re-install your OS, try linux live USB...

It won't be OS related if the system isn't booting at all. If the system won't boot they aren't able to reinstall an operating system.

Swapped CPU, motherboard, and power supply and it's still giving the same issue with the CPU debug LED?

Can you post a pic of the system.
What exactly happens when you power on the system? Any fans spin? Does the system keep restarting?

Yeah but what are the odds his old CPU popped out on it's own?

Yes, you're right. I wasn't paying attention and thought this only started happening with the new CPU. Would be extremely unlikely both CPUs would have that problem.

Not the best picture i took out the parts to test.

The white CPU debug LED comes on as soon as i switch on the pc and just never goes off all of the fans spin that are connected if I click the power button off even to hold it nothing happens the only way I can switch off the system is on the power supply switch

thanks !IMG_20200207_215158.thumb.jpg.6648542ba37d3caf9f4381fc3b38d1e7.jpg

Can you hear any  beeping when you power on the PC?

You said you checked RAM, but how exactly did you do it? Use just 1 RAM stick in different slots, then 1, but another RAM stick also in different slots?

turns out it was the mobo when i replaced it with the new one all worked as usual, i looked at the old mobo from top to bottom to see if there was anything obviously wrong with it but couldnt find anything. Really strange but i have RMA'd it now. Thanks for your help.
