So long as various temperatures are fine (CPU, GPU, chipset, VRMs, etc.), there isn't much to worry about. What are your temperatures like when gaming with no exhaust fans, and what are your system specs?

It depends on a lot of things like what hardware you have, what case you are using, and how hard you push the hardware. Check your temperatures while you are playing a game and make sure they aren't too high. Also, I would move one of the intake fans to the exhaust until you can replace the broken fan.

Taking the side panel off solves case fan problems, since you dont need case fans at that point. You may not need to do this but you can definitely still use the system

i didnt play with no outtake fans so i dont know

So long as your GPU's fans and CPU's fan are spinning, there shouldn't be an issue with temperatures. Hot air will still exit the case passively.
