4790k drops power + overclock help

Hey guys
So I have 4790k and z97x-u3dh-cf MB

Cooler Zalman cnps5x

 

in CPU Z under the Stress test CPU drops from 4400 to 4200
Idle its 4400

 

BIOS settings - optimized defaults

How can I fix that? I want my 4790K to show the bbest performance possible

 

Also if you have the same CPU  - please let me know your overclock settings (voltage, multiplies, etc) and Mhz achieved

Well that is how turbo boost for the 4790K works. Single core boost is 4.4GHz and all core boost is 4.2GHz.

There's nothing to fix. The CPU is behaving exactly as Intel intended.
