Freaking out. I need help with my first build

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/jobejo64/saved/#view=fqD2Vn

above is my computer that i just bought and put together and At this point I'm completely lost and freaking out.  I booted the pc up for the first time and it went to the BIOS scrren and it showed my memory running not at it's rated 3600 speed.  I'm so confused besuase at the top right you see memory frequency at 3614 (which I assume is right?) but the bottom left where is says dram status it says 2133....which is right? and I want the xmp profile on right  Also my mouse doesn't work in the bios and my keyboard stops working after a little bit....have to unplug it and plug it back in.  Is all this normal?  How do I "flash" a bios to get things running right and then how do I boot windows from my flash drive....I'm so lost...I feel like I built it wrong.

I am pretty sure the speed its running at is the 3600 speed... The top right is what its currently at.

That said, you are on a pretty old BIOS.

Download new BIOS here: https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/X570-AORUS-MASTER-rev-1x/support#support-dl-bios

F11 seems to be newest.

Unzip the fodler, (they usually come ziped), put that folder on a flash drive. Plug flash drive into PC, turn PC on, find the update bios option in BIOS, and update. Really not that bad. Its a bit scary the first time you do it, but its really not a big deal. Just don't unplug the pc's power while its flashing. It can take a while sometimes, just let it do its thing.

Step 1 - Calm down.

Step 1A - Congrats you posted.

Step 2 - Bios https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/Z390-AORUS-MASTER-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios (Watch a youtube video on flashing bios. You might be able to find one specific to your MOBO.

Step 3 - Don't worry about ram speed its fine You're running an XMP profile by default. Worry about getting windows up and running first before you tinker with overclocking

Thank you.  I feel a little better.  I wasn't trying to overclock anything.  Just wanted my ram to run at it's rated speed and got confused

Make sure that is the correct mobo. The website says Rev 1.x. Check which version you have.
