Good day, which upgrade path do you recommend?
I currently have the following:
i7-3770
H61 motherboard
8gb+4gb HyperX 1600Mhz
MSI RX470 4gb
128gb Samsung SSD
500gb HDD
620w Seasonic M12ii EVO
22" 1080p 60hz Dell monitor

I have 100usd(₱5000) to spend for upgrades.
I have the following in mind, I have researched in PH market and I believe these are reasonable prices.

Option A: Sell the i7, motherboard and 8+4gb ram for 170usd(₱9000) and get a Ryzen 5 2600, B450 and 16gb 3200MHz bundle for 280usd(₱14000)

Option B: Sell the RX470 for 120usd(₱6000) and get a GTX 1070 for 200usd(₱10000)

Option C: Sell the 22" monitor and get a 75Hz freesync monitor

I’m gonna go with none of the above.  Or maybe the cpu switch.  The issue is gpus are about to go through a change. It’s possibly a fairly bad time to buy one right now.  A 470 is a 570 that uses more power.  A 1070 might not cut it in 6 months.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Id say, stick with that system for a while. Im on my rx580 and r5 3600 (upgraded from 1200 last year) since pc express doesnt sell their cpu without motherboards and i need to actually go to gilmore to get one separately.

So id say, stick with that system for a while, save up some more then go for the gold

i would sell the 4gb and buy a 8gb stick with similar specs, so you can run in dual channel. shouldn't cost more than $40 and will make a big difference. wait for a bit with all the other stuff until you have more money.
