Thank you but I had already done this the problem is that there is something that seems to be using a lot of data but it is listed as a high usage app. would me having a galaxy watch use any on weather syncs?

Along with what @huilun02 said, I'd uninstall/disable Samsung Internet completely. It's a terrible app and is redundant since Google provides Chrome. If Chrome isn't your cup of tea get something else, but Samsung's version is resource heavy and un-optimized garbage. Just my two cents though.
