Looking to build a 4/3 gpu nvidia RTX 2080 Ti CUDA Machline Learning system to PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Should choose a Ryzen or Intel CPU?

Based out of Vancouver, Canada.

Select Componts, 
Build on Camera,
I will setup off camera, 
run computer vision on Camera, 
Train ML off camera
run ML trained computer vision on Camera
