Got to be one of the most pointless product I seen in the years watching Dragon's Den, but stuff like this what makes watching Dragon Den worth watching

Terrible idea, but they could have handled that better. More professionally. I think how they treated him was downright mean. There's a difference between blunt and honest, and being a complete @ss.

Well. It's a TV show. They are paid to be like this.

But honestly, this is a stupid idea. Poorly made research that cost 500k to people that got fooled into this, is just sad.

What the Dragon's suppose to do "This is so sad, here is 500k?" Sadly, it doesn't work that way.

And to estimate 1 million dollars, and only ask for 35% of the company for 0 sales... that's an insult by itself to any investors.

This was from a couple years ago. I LOL'd pretty hard at the whole idea. But yeah, the dragons were pretty mean about it. I think they played it up just for the show. 

 

Those guys clearly have no idea the direction information technology is heading.

That was just horrible... I don't think those guys understand most corporate data is stored on server computers...

 

Data theft is done via hacking more than physical hardware theft...

the product was incredibly silly, to the extent that words hardly describe it, and the solution was not clever elegant or economic in the slightest, still! the dragon's were acting like absolute complete assholes, ridiculing them, dropping the product on the ground while laughing was not necessary at all, that aside, these two gentlemen have really screwed over their family and everyone else that has invested in this..

I could create a better hardware solution within a month, I'm no hardware expert but even I could do something better

The last guy from the show and I forget his name but he didn't have to act like such an ******* to the guys.  He could have done that in a much more polite fashion.
