What exactly is this... a computer info readout...?

NGamer

Can someone tell me exactly what this is...?

I think it is a module that shows your computer's CPU temp, fan speeds, memory usage, etc.

But can't find anything like it on Google, etc...

That is the boards info read out. It’s made specifically for asus rog boards. My 8 year old old asus rog board has one too. Not as fancy and I never used it. The new one is supposed to be a break out module installed into a 5.25 inch bay

if it’s not that then it is just a basic led screen read out. Can find them used for fan controllers.

Look for 5.25” lcd fan controller or fan controller with lcd screen. Here are some of them

I can't seem to find it anywhere...?

Thats because it came and went. Wasn't really popular, and since it was only available for top end boards, not many survive. If you look for Asus ROG Front Base, you find the one for ROG boards. But board needs to have correct header to connect that thing into. Its something like ROG_EXT, 5/6pin slot that resembles RGB header.
