Upgrading psu and ram is not a problem. But i m worreied about the processor. But also i needed the best gpu which can run on my system. Some guys mentioned about bottlenecking the gpu if i use high end cards.

Bottleneck depends on the game and performance target. The 4440 is not good at gaming but there are plenty of cases where it will work.

I suggest these

and then try to find a used i7 4770 with the leftover funds. it will make for a very good upgrade

depends on the budget. where are you buying from?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

I would say if you wanted to be budget conscious, go for the GTX 1660. Also your power supply is not so good so if you wanted to get a better GPU down the line, a higher quality 500 watt unit would be nice.
