One on my friends is looking into getting a PC for gaming and i have already put together a part list but i was looking for some advice/ Criticism on the parts

I'd go with Windows 8.1, grab a GTX 760 SuperClocked B Stock from EVGA, and use the $20 you save there to get an 8320.
