Android emoticons.

This isn't possible. The emoji on Android are only available on Android (and then only some versions of it), so they would look different for everyone. Instead, we use a standard emoji font for everyone (Twitter's).

What's your phone, what apps are you using, what keyboard are you using, can you give an example?

sure, it is just the default emoji on android. keyboard is swift but emojis should be on any other keyboards as well.

No, it is totally an issue with the forum. I get these same icons when I comment on reddit. Over here, they just get converted into different emojis.

Nononono. I will show you. This gets turn into this ?. The emoji on Android is better. It cries a lot better see? It gets converted into emoji that looks lame.
