Not sure where this goes as my case and mobo instructions aren’t clear.

That’s usb3.1 , your mobo may not have it. What’s you mobo brand and model number?

@Whiro tag or quote will do the trick

I’m just trying to figure out why my monitor says no display port cable. This is a long shot, but can u look at this pic and see if there’s anything on the mobo that doesn’t look hooked up?

The +4pin on the motherboard 24pin isn't plugged in properly. Take that cable out, join the +4pin to the 20pin and reinsert it.

I also can't see any display cable plugged in to the graphics card.

Display port cables are (generally) for the rear I/O of GPUs.

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. Also, what buttons do I push to change from disable to enable?

That looks like your monitors on screen display if I'm not mistaken, so there should be buttons on the monitor you use.
