Hi guys,

I started assembling my first gaming and work computer:

  • CPU: i9-9900K (I'm going to spin it to 5.1 GHz);
  • Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 AORUS MASTER;
  • RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 4x16 GB 3200 MHz (CMK32GX4M2B3200C16);
  • GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER WaterForce (GV-N208SAORUS W-8GC);
  • PSU: Corsair HX1000i 1000W (CP-9020074-EU);
  • Storage 1 (OS): ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO 256GB PCIe x4 NVMe (ASX8200PNP-256GT-C);
  • Storage 2 (Work programs): ADATA 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe XPG SX8200 Pro (ASX8200PNP-1TT-C);
  • Storage 3 (A place for games): ADATA SSD XPG SX8200 PRO 2TB PCIe 3x4 3.5/3 GB/s M.2 (ASX8200PNP-2TT-C);
  • Storage 4 (Miscellaneous): Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 3.5" SATA III (ST1000DM010);
  • Case: SilentiumPC Armis AR7 TG.

I wonder what AIO with support will be the best, mounted on top case (I'm not a big fanatic (a)RGB, though I tolerate it if it has to appear already) for i9-9900K:

The Fractal Design Celsius has been an excellent performer for me and I also got it on sale at around $115.

I use corsair, they're the most expensive and often do the second best job in any category, but they offer the best rma and warranty support.

I broke one of the fans that came with my AIO and Fractal Design replaced it.  Even after I told them the fan broke because it struck my finger while running.  I don't know how they'd do if the pump failed or leaked though.  I'm inclined to believe they'd be accommodating.

What is the flexibility of the refrigeration hoses offered by Corsair at AIO and how does its software work?

I use Corsair H150i Pro but to be honest I have no idea what Corsairs support is like since I haven't had any problem withs their AIOs or fans (or anything else for that matter).

This is my third Corsair AIO that I have had in the last 7-8 years.

Temps for my 9900k (5.1ghz, AVX 2)

30-35 idle, 60-65 gaming, 75-80 stress test

Come to think of it.

I haven't RMA any PC component in the last 10 years except 2 mice and 1 headset (all from Razer).

Flexibility of the hoses on Corsair is very good.

I have my AIO mounted on the side as an intake setup.

You can bend them almost any way you want.

This is true for most AIOs from a respectable brand.

I was looking for information on the manufacturers' website about the refrigerant used:

  • distilled water;
  • demineralized water;
  • distilled water + glycol;
  • demineralized water + glycol;
  • glycol.

Only on the Fraktal website I found a cursory information that the coolant is water. Can it be assumed that the longer the manufacturer's warranty on the AIO may imply the use of a better coolant?

I use the H150i Pro and it's an excellent AIO in my opinion.

I have a crazy idea for a test. Of all the AIOs listed, the sexiest fans are Fractal Dynamic X2 120/PWM - 32.2 dB (A) and 87.6 CFM, compared to NZXT AER P - 36 dB (A) and 73.11 CFM and Corsair ML120 - 37dB (A) and 75 CFM. I decided to take Corsair H150i PRO 360 and NZXT Kraken X72 for tests, instead of using the included Corsair and NZXT fans to install the Fractal Dynamic X2 120 / PWM - strange that there is no material on YT with such unusual connections, maybe Linus will someday present something like this..
