Upgrading RTX 2070S from GTX 960 do i have to use DDU?

do i have to uninstall graphics driver using display driver uninstaller (DDU) ? or i can normally uninstall nvidia driver from control panel ?

Not really no.  You probably won't even have to reinstall, although recommended.

I agree. It's more a better safe than sorry thing to do.

Going from Nvidia to Nvidia you should be fine just swapping them, the driver will detect the change automagically.

 

BTW that's a substantial upgrade.
