There is not really much point in swapping gpu for same performance one just to get new one if you don’t have to.

Why would you want the same performance (I guess that's what "spec" means here) again?

Do you know if this has the touring encoder  or is that just for the 2060 Supers?

All RTX cards use turing. The GTX 1660 and 1660ti also use turing.

1660super can't be beaten it's really good for 1440 aswell and you'll be able to easily get 144 for 1080  currently for a okay vrms and capacitors lay out with a decent pcb it goes for 230ish
