Laptop AC/DC Transformer (Brick) omitting a screeching sound

Hey guys I was wondering if someone get help me get a work-a-round or something for a laptop battery charger omitting a screeching high pitched sound everytime i plug my laptop.

I broke my old one and the new one i ordered is like this.

Here is the brand https://www.newegg.com/p/2VH-009M-007T6?Description=g551jm charger&cm_re=g551jm_charger-_-9SIABMK8FE5785-_-Product It was on sale for 38$ when i bought it 2 days ago. It arrived and is giving a deafing screeeeee.

This is why you buy official OEM brand name power adapters not some random cheap chinese one.
