Solved by Bitter,
35v 4.7 uf probably. https://www.mouser.com/c/passive-components/capacitors/aluminum-electrolytic-capacitors/aluminum-electrolytic-capacitors-smd/ you'll need to measure the dimensions to get the matched part.
