Best mini itx case

Hello, what mini - itx case would you recommend? I already have silverstone sugo sg13 but I have ryzen 7 2700x and I can't even fit stock cooler. What small case (under 20L) would be the best where I could fit at least stock cooler?

Lots of good cases under 20L. One that immediately comes to mind is the recently release Lian Li TU150

 

I'm assuming by stock cooler, you're referring to the Wraith MAX, not the wraith Spire. For a full list of cases based on size, refer to this chart:
