What you're looking at is an IPv6 address which has been around for quite a few years now and is due to replace IPv4 (the latter mentioned IP addressing scheme) as far as I've heard we have officially exhausted all available IPv4 addresses globally so people and ISPs should be quick to get on the IPv6 train now.

Im pinging google.com, but why are all the ip addresses like this: 2001:4860::c:4000:f874 ? shouldnt it be something like 162.151.69.213

Those are IPv6-addresses, the latter one is an IPv4-address.

Ah, I think I see what you're laughing at. When I said "should" I really meant "aught to" as in get there crap together cause if they don't it'll be problematic for people.

its weird because in cs go i get constant choke of 1-6% but with pingplotter pinging 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 i get 0% Packet loss. Am i doing something wrong?

That could be a connection problem anywhere between you and the server. If other games behave well with low pings then it's probably not you.
