I have a integrated sound on my motherboard (Realtek ALC892 8 Channels) . My headset is Sennheiser H201.

Sennheiser headphones just have a tendency to be quieter then other headphones. adding an amplifier would fix the issue. The problem being that those headphones aren't really worth getting an amp for.

when you plug your headphones in does the auto sensing pop up a window asking what you just plugged in?

If not go to the realtek HD audio manager and find the picture of the jack at the bottom of the window that correlates to where your headphones are plugged in, (it should be green either front or back) right click it and select "connector re tasking", select headphones and see if that makes a difference.  It's like a gain switch for headphones that is digitally controlled on the realtek chips.

Have you tried updating the mobo drivers? The onboard could simply be broken if that doesn't do it, in which case a $30 Xonar DG might be the cheapest/easiest option.

I just built my computer like 2 weeks ago I don't think it could be broken. I also updated it when I installed my OS.

I should have said "defective" instead of broken. I did notice some audio level changes between bios versions on my motherboard - does your manufacturer have newer BIOS revisions for yours?

Edit: saw the fix, i lol'd

One question, Why is it that my Youtube volume can go so high but my TeamSpeak volume is so low? Also I figured out that for some reason when I plug my headphones in my iPad the iPad is the to the max volume it's louder but when I plug it into my PC and turn my PC to make volume its loud but not as loud as my iPad. Does anyone know why is this happening?

You can adjust each person's volume in a teamspeak server. VoIP is usually just at a lower dB level than everything else, so don't feel bad if you have to +10dB everyone.
