Thanks for getting back to us, some people ask for help and after we give them several possibilities of what the problem might be and how to correct it we never hear back.  It makes it difficult to know if we are giving good advice, if the products we recommend are serving their purpose or if we actually understood the problem.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.
