Windows update issue

p123

So,whenever I try to update my windows to the new version, I get the only option to delete all my files in order to update it.I want to keep my files becuase I need them,of course, and I cant download everything again. Is there any other solution so I can keep all my files intact?

How are you trying to update? Via Windows update?

Or 7 to 10?

Could you take a screenshot of where does it indicate that you can't keep files and settings?

Sure but it aint english,I can translate it though

The first option says that I can keep my personal files and my applications

The second says to keep all my personal files but the settings and the applications will be deleted

The last one says that it will delete EVERYTHING

I cant select none of this except the delete all option
