No, not worth it.

 

i7 930 is ancient , the motherboard won't give you much upgrade options.

The radeon r9 200 ... doesn't say the exact model ... but it's probably a 30-50$ video card today.

the power supply is crappy...

It comes with i7 2600 , 4GB ram, 250 GB hdd ... add a RX 460 or RX 550/560 or a GT 1050 or a GTX 1650 (slot powered video cards) and another 8 GB of memory and you're at 300$

Or you can upgrade the psu from the 320w one that comes with the unit to a 450-500w+ one and spend 80$+ on a RX 470 or RX 570
