P/N stands for 'Part Number' and Googling this number will bring listings of "ATI Radeon HD4670 512MB DDR3 PCI-e" videocards, some have 'Dell' in front of it too, presumably because Dell used this sort of card in a PC in the past.

The card is very similar to both suggestions above also...
