Black ops 4 built in cpu/gpu temp monitor

I was playing bo4 and it said my gpu and cpu temps where at 86 the whole time, can I trust those numbers. I have a gigabyte 2070 and an 8700k with a 212 evo. 
 

The temps were built into the BO4 game.

What do you mean "The temps were built into the BO4 game."?

 

Get MSI Afterburner to monitor the temps. 8700k can actually reach high temps under low end coolers. Gigabyte 2070 though should stay much lower unless you're choking it with badly ventilated case.

I figured it out, the game was reading inaccurate temps, I use afterburner and core temp it was fine, cpu at 79. Gpu 80 and lower

On the corner of the game while I was playing bo4 it said my gpu and cpu were both at 86 degrees idk if I can trust that cuz it stayed at the even when I wasn’t playing so I think it’s busted
