Sudden shutdown when tabbing between windows or finishing a game.

Hello forum!

 

I've been struggling with the issue of the sudden shutdowns almost everyday when I game on my PC.

When I am playing a game on one screen and having for example youtube video on the other screen and when I tab between the game and the browser OR sometimes when the game is done (League of legends) to be precise the computer completely shuts down and wont turn back on unless I unplug the power and wait for the power to run off the OC components. 

 

I can't seem to fine a solution not matter what I do, I even reformatted my system and still facing the same issue.

 

PC Specs:

Ryzen 2700 ( was OC'd and I even removed the OC just to test if its the issue )

Noctua D15s

Asrock x470 F1tality

16GB 3200 corsair ram

Gigabyte windforce 2070 SUPER

Seasonic sgx 650watt
