Just finished building my new pc, but I am running into some issues

Quiver2

So I Just finished building my new pc, but I am running into some issues. Here are the specs:

Case: NZXT H510

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 1660 super

Mobo: b450 tomahawk max

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2x16

SSD: inland m.2 256 gb

HDD: Segate 2tb

PSU: EVGA 430 watt

OS: Windows 10 64bit

So after the long long time it took me to build. I finally turned it on. Went to install my GPU drivers, and I am getting an error saying "Can't install drivers on this version of windows." I try to go and update my windows, and I get this error.

Also my GPU isn't showing up in the device manager. Also it keeps blue screening every 10-15 minutes.

It's also not picking up my second monitor connected to the GPU using HDMI. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!!!

I had the windows update glitch myself recently, try to make a new windows install media directly from microsoft. Don’t worry you can reuse you key again, takes a few reuses before you need to call up microsoft.

as for the gpu thing, updating windows seemed to solve it as well.
