New CPU Wont Turnon

Hello, I’ve upgraded my CPU from an i3-7350K to an i7-9700F, my motherboard is a GA-H270-HD3, and I know the socket for the cpu is compatible (LGA1151)

When I turn the PC on with the new CPU in it starts for a second or two, the fans spin and then it turns off.

 

When putting the old CPU in the PC starts up perfectly fine, so I know the motherboard isn’t goofed.

 

I've restarted the CMOS as other people with a similar issue have been directed to, but no luck.

My power supply is 650W, could this potentially be the issue? Any help

Yeah your motherboard doesn't support that cpu

it doesn't matter is the cpu fits into the socket , the board has to have software to support that cpu
